"Evening Reflections" depicts a serene setting in a cove on the Chesapeake Bay. As dusk sets in, a mirror image of the scene above, transcends to the water below offering an opportunity for the artist, difficult to resist. In recreating the scene, the artist has captured the luminous effect of the contrasting dark forms against the bright sky behind them.
